During the renovation of the apartment in Mets, Attica, the owner wanted to give a modern character to the control of his home systems. The major condition, since the owner is permanently residing abroad, was the remote control.

After the purchase of this property, the owner proceeded with a complete renovation. A major condition since the owner lives permanently abroad is the remote control of the multiple systems of the house.

In the historic center of Athens, with the magical view to the national garden, the luxury apartment was renovated in 2018. The style was modernized without, of course, losing the classic line of the interior decoration. In this result, building automation played a major role in creating a space where "conventional concerns" were eliminated.

Initially, the requirement of the client and homeowner was to gain complete control of heating and partial lighting control of the building.

The need of the owner was to create a centrally and remotely controlled house shutter, heat pump, automated illumination of outdoor environments, and owner information in case of malfunctions.

In this particular project we were asked to design a system to control  the lighting in the "day" areas of the residence and to control the heating.

In this project, the owner had the need to centrally control the illumination of selected indoor and outdoor circuits, the house shades and to have remote control of the system.
